Upridr is a technology marketplace connecting customers with drivers, vehicle owners and service providers.

Introduction

Upridr provides technology that helps customers discover and contact drivers, owners and service providers. Upridr is not the driver or vehicle owner unless expressly stated.

Platform usage

Use accurate information, keep your account secure and use the platform lawfully. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, harassment, unsafe conduct or misuse.

Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate booking details and verify the driver, vehicle, pickup point and journey details themselves. Drivers and owners are responsible for lawful operation, vehicle condition, licences, insurance, permits and truthful listing information.

Bookings, payments, cancellation and refunds

Listing prices, booking rules, cancellation terms and refund eligibility are shown on the applicable booking or confirmed by Upridr. For safety, customers may pay Upridr directly when a booking is handled through the platform. Do not make advance payments directly to a driver or owner without Upridr permission or confirmation. Payment protection applies only to transactions processed through Upridr or an approved Upridr payment process.

Verification and reviews

Verification checks may be limited and do not replace your own judgment. Reviews must be honest and relevant. Upridr may moderate, hide or remove unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

Safety and disputes

Confirm identity, vehicle details, pickup and payment status before travelling. Report safety concerns promptly through Help & Support. Users should first try to resolve disputes with the relevant party; applicable law governs unresolved disputes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Upridr is not responsible for independent acts, omissions, delays, loss, injury, vehicle condition or arrangements of customers, drivers, owners or providers. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
